I currently practice privately and offer individual psychological therapy to adults (aged above 18 years) via telehealth only.

I provide support for a variety of life experiences which may include mood and sleep disturbances, symptoms of depression, anxiety, fears/phobias, stress, grief/loss and adjustment difficulties, trauma, interpersonal issues, mothering/parenting, psychotic symptoms, pain, recovery and rehabilitation following a medical event, menstrual cycle and sexual issues/concerns.

PSYCHOLOGY CONSULTATION
50 minute individual consultations. Initial sessions typically comprise an informal assessment whereby together we explore relevant history in the context of your unique needs and goals for therapy and co-create a provisional plan that feels right for you. Subsequent sessions focus on centering your current needs, within the broader frame of your therapy goals and aspirations.

Fees: $245 ($220 concession) per 50 minute appointment. Medicare rebate of $131.65 available when using a MHCP referral. Out of pocket cost when using a MHCP referral is approximately $113 ($88 concession) per appointment.
SUPERVISION
